Imports Dropped By 17.1%, Exports Rose By 39.8% In Nov 2010

The Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Monday that the total value of imports-arrivals in November 2010 amounted to EUR3321.1mn, recording a drop of 17.1% in comparison with EUR4007.9mn in November2009.

The total value of imports-arrivals for the 12-month period from December 2009 to November 2010 decreased by 20.7% compared with the corresponding 12-month period from December 2008 to November 2009, according to ELSTAT.

The total value of exports-dispatches in November 2010 amounted to EUR1625.5mn in comparison with EUR1162.8mn in November 2009, recording an increase of 39.8%.

The total value of exports-dispatches for the 12-month period from December 2009 to November 2010 increased by 6.3% compared with the corresponding 12-month period from December 2008 to November 2009.
