Aris make Michalitsos permanent coach

Aris announced on Friday that they are turning caretaking coach Yiannis Michalitsos to permanent.
The Thessaloniki side, who is about to
face Manchester City in England on Thursday for the second leg of Europa League's round of 32, said it signed a contract with Michalitsos until the end of the season.
The Greek coach had taken over from Hector Raul Cuper who resigned last month. This is Michalitsos third stint at Aris.
The Yellows have also decided to impose a lenient penalty on team captain Sergio Koke for allegedly abandoning the squad on Tuesday before the first leg with City, upon hearing he was not selected for the starting XI.
Koke will probably spend one game on the sidelines as he will not travel to Athens for the game against Atromitos on Sunday.
The Spaniard issued a public apology on Aris's official radio station.
