Greece's PPC sees sales of 5.8 bln eur in 2011


Greece's biggest utility PPC said on Monday it expects total sales to reach 5.8 billion euros ($7.84 billion) this year. It did not give a comparable figure for 2010.
Electricity sales, the
dominant part of PPC's business, are expected to reach 5.1 billion euros in 2011, with the profit margin (EBITDA margin) settling at about 24 percent, the company said in a bourse filing.
PPC made the estimates on the assumption that the price for crude Brent oil will average at $96 per barrel this year.
