Francis scored 29 points and collected 10 rebounds, but Panellinios had considerable problems in defence and could not contain the visitors to the Lamia court.
Treviso, who will be the
hosts of the competition's Finals, as was announced on Tuesday, took the game beyond the Greeks in the first half with a 14-point lead at half-time (54-40).
Francis had some support from Panellinios's other US star, Steven Smith and got to within five points at the end of the third period (68-63), but that was not enough.
The loss means that Panellinios are all but eliminated from the tournament even though they have three more games to play, two of them being away.
Later on Tuesday Aris host Goettingen for the same competition.
