McDonald’s Corp. (MCD) is in talks with Premier
Capital Ltd for the Maltese company to become its strategic partner in Greece, euro2day.gr said. Premier Capital, which holds the McDonald’s development rights for Malta, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, would take control of the U.S.-based fast food chain’s operations in Greece, the website reported, without saying where it got the information.
