A state broadcaster ERT transmission centre in the northwestern province of Epirus became the target of looters, local police announced on Tuesday.
Following a recent break-in at Manoliassa transmission centre in the city of Ioannina, where transmitters and other equipment were stolen, the thieves targeted Agnanta transmission centre in the city of Arta and made off with three ERT transmitters worth 30,000 euros.
A police investigation is underway for the arrest of the perpetrators.
