Germany has not changed its position on Greece, a government spokesma
n said on Wednesday, responding to reports that some euro zone countries thought the indebted country needed to restructure its debt.
"Under current conditions, there is no instrument for such a restructuring. From 2013, with the permanent rescue mechanism there will be such an instrument..., but not until then," Steffen Seibert added during a regular news conference.
