The eurozone's top powerbrokers will meet Thursday ahead of an EU
summit which should deliver a new contract between debt-laden eurozone
nations looking for further European Central Bank aid.
An EU
diplomat said the key trio of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French
President Nicolas Sarkozy and ECB head Mario Draghi will come together
first.
