MPS chairman sees more than 50 percent chance of Greek exit from euro

There is better than 50 percent chance that Greece will leave the euro, the chairman of Italy's number three lender, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena said on Sunday, while he was confident the single currency bloc would survive.
