Maniatis the only Olympiakos transfer

Olympiakos will not make any further additions to their roster this winter, suggested club president Vangelis Marinakis on Thursday.
This way he put an end to speculation about the acquisition of a midfielder, after the transfer of right-back Yiannis Maniatis from Panionios last week.
"We had a chat with our manager," said Marinakis. "Mr Valverde is
our beloved coach. He does not want us to spend money. He wins and works hard. Our transfers are over and we all proceed together."
"We have confidence in our players and we go on to win the league," he added.
Maniatis has started training with his new club, while striker Costas Mitroglou went from Olympiakos to Panionios.
Bernard Kumordzi will likely stay on at Panionios, after pressure from the Panionios fans, and despite the initial agreement between the presidents of the two clubs.
However, newspaper reports do not rule out a new Olympiakos move for the Ghanaian midfielder at the end of this month.
Finally, left-back Manolis Moniakis who was bought this month from second-division OFI will be given to Kerkyra on a six-month loan.
