The decision by the Ministry of Economy is giving 4 months to thousands of owners to come forward and pay the tax before they are investigated. The decision refers to new land and areas that are now included in the urban section of cities of villages.
The areas in question are:
Drama, Kavala, Xanthi, Rodopi, Pella, Pieria, Chalkidiki, Kozani, Ioannina, Larisa, Magnisia, Viotia, Evrytania, Fthiotida, Fokida, Argolida, Arcadia, Lakonia, Messinia, Lesvos, Cyclades, Iraklion – Lasithi –Rethymno –Hania of Crete.
Αfter the 4 months of this offer elapse, citizens will have to pay any appliable tax in full.
