Greek Finance Minister, Giorgos Papakonstantinou, didn’t rule out the possibility of not proceeding with the equalization of tax on diesel and heating oil. The withdrawal of the measure is under consideration, because of the high international oil prices, Giorgos Papakonstantinou told reporters on Monday.
He also said that Greek government finalizes the medium-term package of measures worth €22bn, and stated that specific measures will be announced to IMF/EU/ECB representatives next week.
