The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the
company "CPI COMPUTER PERIPHERALS INTERNATIONAL" will be traded as of Thursday, April 14th, 2011, in the Medium & Small Capitalisation Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.6. of the ATHEX Rulebook based on the fact that the closing share price of the company΄s shares at the trading session of April 13th, 2011, was above the limit of euro 0.40.
