Ikaros Kallitheas moved well away from the relegation zone, to 32 points, by beating Kavala 75-67.
Panellinios have the same number of points after beating Peristeri 75-65 but things are looking grim for Iraklis who lost 81-74 at AEK and remain rooted to the bottom on 28 points. AEK have 29 points. Ilisiakos are sandwiched between the two clubs, also on 29 points.
