Investment activity in the commercial real estate market fell
last year in Athens and Thessaloniki, hit by a climate of uncertainty created by the adverse economic environment and limited liquidity of buyers, a survey by Eurobank EFG Property Services revealed on Monday.
The report stressed that a prevailing weak climate in the commercial real estate market was halting new developments, while main markets - although they maintained their dynamism - suffered downward price pressure in 2010.
