Dancers on the island of Rhodes will attempt to earn a place in the Guinness Book of World Records on July 31st, by dancing the Greek dance syrtaki, from the world-renowned 1964 movie Zorba the Greek by Michalis Kakogiannis.
The dance, and the accompanying music by Míkis Theodorakis, are also called Zorbá's dance or Zorbas.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the dancers will have to perform in synchronized step for the attempt to qualify.
