Deputy Culture and Tourism Minister Yiorgos Nikitiadis referred to the investment possibilities existing in Greece and the potential in the sector of development during his opening speech on Friday at a one-day seminar of the international Urban Land Institute (ULI), held in Athens.
Nikitiadis underlined the exceptional potential offered by sea tourism and noted the big steps that can be done in the cruise sector and yachting as well as the potential for development of congress tourism infrastructures and other alternative forms of tourism in Greece.
ULI is the largest non-profit Organization in the world and is active in the fields of land use, real estate, town planning and sustainable development.
