The 76th Thessaloniki International Fair opens its doors to the public on Saturday running through September 18. This year’s event focuses on three aspects, innovation, originality and new ideas highlighting the opportunities and challenges generated by the crisis in the Greek economy, which is the starting point for the development of a healthy entrepreneurship and for reforming and modernising the public sector.
Serbia is this year’s honoured country. Enterprises from Serbia will promote their products and services in an area covering 500 square meters of the fair under the slogan Serbia in Thessaloniki 2011: Always together.
This year’s TIF will include 14 thematic exhibitions, which this year have been significantly renewed and enriched, as well as the Disc Festival rich cultural events.
