Fitch downgrades Greece's bond rating by 1 notch

Fitch credit ratings agency has downgraded Greek bonds by one notch to BB+ with a negative outlook.
The agency says that while Greece's economic and fiscal performance has in many respects exceeded expectations, its
heavy public debt burden renders fiscal solvency highly vulnerable to adverse shocks.
A Greek Finance Ministry statement said Friday's downgrade "cannot be justified" given the debt-ridden country's efforts at fiscal consolidation.
