Pharmacies in Piraeus will remain closed Jan 17-18

Pharmacists failed to find common ground with Health Minister Loverdos, during their Friday meeting.

Resisting the Health Minister's proposed measures, the Piraeus Pharmaceutical Association decided to go
on 48h strike on Monday and Tuesday, January 17-18.

In its statement, the association underlines that the extension of working hours and the reduction in profit will lead small to medium-sized stores to bankruptcy and will harm the pharmacist profession in general.
