The third stop of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2011 will be held at Vouliagmeni Lake, in the southern part of Attica region, on May 22.
The world’s best high divers such as Gary Hunt,Artem Silchenko and Slava Polyeshchuk will fight it out for the victory, diving from 27 meters with the impressive backdrop of Temple of Poseidon at nearby Sounio.
The Lake of Vouliagmeni -the "enchanted Lake" as it is called- stands half a meter above sea level, and its water temperature remains stable between 21ο C and 27ο C all year round.
